Over the years, Shirley Watson and her husband Charles have been responsible for finding and highlighting the presence of many rare and unusual plants in the area. Here in her own handwriting are a list of such plants.

Rare plants

A small group of members make themselves available to carry out practical work for landowners interested in improving wildlife habitat. In this case it was removing overshading branches at the Canons Brook,Harlow. The intention is to get vegetation established in the channel.
